2a. Contact form
When you complete the contact form, we process your first name, last name, business email address, and your message. We use this data solely to respond to your contact request.

- Processor
- Web3Forms — submitted data is forwarded to us via their API. A Data Processing Agreement is in place with Web3Forms.
2b. Behavioural analytics with Microsoft Clarity
With your consent (via the cookie banner), we use Microsoft Clarity for behavioural analytics. This helps us understand how visitors use the website and enables us to improve the user experience.
Clarity collects the following data:

2c. Anonymous visitor statistics via Umami
We use Umami to track anonymous visitor statistics (page views, referrers, device type). Umami places no cookies and collects no personal data. No visit can be traced back to an individual person.

- Umami Software Inc. Statistics are stored on servers within the European Union.

5. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling as referred to in Article 22 GDPR. All decisions in response to contact requests are made by humans.
